how to wireless connection one keyboard & mouse to 2 pc's, one is connected to router and one is not by choice.

Not possible. Either get two keyboard/mouse or get a KVM. If both computers are always on and you don't mind software+lag, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/hh771098.aspx is an option

basroil, thanks. I was unaware of the software you called out. I will give it a try when I get the second computer installed here. I absolutely want to keep windows 10 off my current desktop. I have a ton of software that is not covered for that upgrade which is $$$$$. So I am choosing to run the new computer which has win 10 on it as my internet connection for browser and email. I will disconnect my mail desktop from router and internet so there is not way microsoft can change the o.s. from windows 7 to 10. A side benefit is that computer will be virus/bug/whatever proof from internet born crap.

Thanks again. I know I may still end up having 2 keyboards, etc. but though I would look around first.
