Hi, i have a HP laptop and i am using for a few days a HP mouse, wireless (X3500). I used other mice before the HP mouse and never had a problem. But when i try to connect to wireless internet using my HP mouse outside the room the router is installed,it wont work... After i disconnect the mouse adapter from the laptop, the pages are loading and the internet is working perfectly. But when i plug it in,it wont work. I tried again other mice ,wireless too,and they work anywhere... What should i do to solve this? Please help me. Thank you so much!

Your wireless mouse operates in the 2.4GHz range and may be on the same channel as your wireless network connection, which results in interference that makes the network unusable.

You can try changing the radio channel used on your network, not sure if the mouse frequency can be changed. Another thing that you can do is to separate your mouse and wireless adapter by a greater distance, which can help reduce interference but may or may not be adequate to solve the issue.
