Wireless Connection drops to "limited access" when ever I try to download something

Whenever I'm downloading from steam (most of the time) It disconnects my computer from the internet, I get a yellow exclamation mark on my connection bar on the bottom right (windows 7) and when I click on it it says limited access next to my connection. When I disconnect and re-connect, it fixes it for a couple minutes but then disconnects again. I've tried rebooting my modem to factory settings and still the problem occurs, can anyone help?

FIX: Buy a new wifi adapter or go to Ethernet
