Wireless connection issues

This is a bit confusing please let me know if you need more details.

I have ATT 2wire wireless modem providing internet to all of my devices

wireless connections:
4 desktops
3 laptops
1 TV
WII console
PS3 console
printer
IP Camera

wired connections:
Dishnetwork box
xbox 360
NAS


All connections are working perfectly except 1 desktop
the 1 desktop is running win7 64bit, just like another desktop and a laptop.

this 1 desktop can find all the wifi connections available just fine.
this computer(bad connection) and the computer with good connection both have the same wireless card
this computer sees my wireless SSD with a almost perfect signal strength

Wireless settings have been adjust several times with no luck
Channel 1,6,11
I am using 6 now with power at 8
i have tried with and without encryption

i have tried to relocate the modem with no luck
i have tried a fresh install of windows 7 64 and 32

any help would be appreciated!

Fixed.... I downgraded my inf from win7 64 bit to winXP 64 bit rebooted and now it works
