Mobile devices specifically won't connect when there's a certain number of people using them at the same time. The two computers do work as normal.

There are about 8 mobile devices connected to the router, two wired computers and one smart tv connected every day. The issue goes away once I wait it out for a few hours
or reboot the router. Rebooting the router only does a temporary fix. This has been going on for months.

The model of the router is The Huawei EchoLife HG8245H. I've tried searching on solutions but found no success.

Try a new router if rebooting fixes it as that's often a sign that the existing router is faulty. I always keep a spare router in my cupboard specifically so I can use it for testing or swapping over when that kind of issue arises. Only takes a couple of minutes to do the swap over, so you quickly know if it's a router problem, instead of waiting for a new one to arrive before you can test.
