Wireless controller turned on or off while charging

Hey guys I just bought a wireless controller for PC (spartan gear ksifos). I don't know if controler should be turned on or off while charging. Thanks for your answers in advanced 😀

You can charge your controlled while it is turned on but its best and most effective to do it when it is off.
