try system restore first? Otherwise download the driver from the internet instead update it in Device manager. and install it. Check which one works or not and post a feedback please.

it is pci . its working normally before and suddenly it cant detect my wireless device . my wireless button is not even lighted up and show grenn , blue or watever the colour is when it is turned on / off .

Make sure that it's properly seated in its slot. If you have another pci slot, try using it instead of the current one. Once it is properly connected, a new device will appear in device manager. Make sure the driver is installed before you install the device. Download the proper driver from the manufacturer's website. If the driver is not correct, it will say "unknown device", and then you'll need to right click on it and update the driver using windows update.

http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers and select the following : notebook on first Colum, Aspire at second colum and Aspire 4730Z and there underneath you see 4 wireless lan. Download all just in case and save it on your desktop. Afterwards you can try system restore if you haven't and if that doesn't help then try remove it by uninstalling them from Device manager ( Rightclick on "Computer" follow by "Manage" then select "Device manager"). Uninstall the one with wireless one. Realtek isn't your wireless one. That one is your LAN one who uses a network cable. But you really need to know which vendor your wireless it. If possible, can i take a look into it with Teamviewer? If you think i'm not doing what i'm supposed to do, then you just simply take the Network cable out of your laptop and i get kicked out. I want to look which one it is and even set it up while using cable network.

I am sorry sir , this might be kinda frivolous , but can i know how to find the driver that i installed ? because i want it to appear on device manager>network adapter . i tried looking for it on control panel>add hardware then i choosed the recommended one as it look like easier . but i cant find it , all the network adapter that were listed were none of the driver that i installed . plss helppp mee

ok , thanks sir . that's what im missing right now , the wireless one . i tried adding the network adapter manually from control panel>add hardware , and randomly choose the network adapter from it because i cant find the driver that i installed and i dont have any idea where it goes . so when i uninstall the network adapter(the random one) i run the scan for hardware changes , it has a yellow sign , but it didnt appear again like my Realtek ethernet does . is this situation will happen to the driver that i installed too ? what am i going to do ?? plss helpp meee

no this shouldn't happen. the question is before the installation there might be a name in your STart> All program of the wireless. For example Start> all programs > sitecom . That is what you needed. although why you uninstalled it? you just install one and restart your computer and see if it can give you the choice to connect wireless.. if no then you uninstall. Because i all i can see is that they all came out same date. So maybe your wireless is either broadcom or Intel most of the cases. Try Broadcom first and restart after fully installed and check.

If you uninstall a driver from there, of course it should give you that sign.
