Wireless devices can't connect to Wi-Fi extender.

We have been running a Arris sbg6580 along with a netgear wn3000rpv3 extender for almost a year with no problems. About a week ago the extender quit letting us access to the WiFi. I'm not very computer savvy and we're getting really frustrated with trying to figure it out. I can't figure out if the settings somehow changed on the 6580 or what's going on with it. I thought maybe the extender went bad so i exchanged it since we bought the 2 year free replacement. The new one is doing the same thing.

Can you use a wifi analyzer app and post the following?


-# of other SSIDs on the same channel as your range extender
-RSSI (in -dBm) and link rate (in Mbps) of the extender
