Hello friends
New TV box with Windows 10
Connects to the wireless network without problems and shows strong signal.
ping the router and the external dns is continuous without problems.
As soon as I open a browser (Chrome or IE) ping stops .

There are other laptops and phones that works without any problem.

Any error messages or codes? Any related/relevent entries in the Event Viewer logs? What about the router logs.

How do you re-establish the wireless connection: i.e., power down, reset, close the browser....?

Have you tried running the network troubleshooter to see what it finds and maybe fixes? Or reports some issue.

Thank fot prompt reply

Error 4230 "tcp/ip has chosen to restrict the congestion window..." when issue apear
I can't connect to the network when issue occurs , I lose the IP address. This is not a router issue (also the DHCP) , I tried to connect to my neighbour's router = same
1-2 min' after closing browser IP & ping returns. OR disable / enable wireless
I have tried it with Edge as well.

Thank you for your effort
Possibly an IP address conflict or duplicated MAC address (saw it before) was my initial idea.
This is min pc (Tronsmart), the TV is just as monitor.
As you can understand from the troubleshooting - the issue is the machine's wifi only.
The vendor agree to replace it

FYI , Wifi = dhcp....usually
