With the level of detail you've given us...it is completely impossible to begin to start to spec out a hardware list.

First thing you need to do is make a list of your locations (floors, buildings etc).
How many staff, what services you need to provide.

If this is for business use then you really should invest in a relationship with a good local IT network team. These things will require regular maintenance and they do go wrong on a regular basis.

It is not something that you can just set and forget.
