is it possible to stream from my gaming pc to my tv my tv is smart and has wifi but i dont know what i could use , i use smart view 2.0 to stream movies and pictures but what if i want to stream a game to my tv. my plan was get the hdmi sending wirelessly but without a WHDI Wireless HDMI Transmitter Kit (they cost more than they are worth) and then plug in my wireless controllers and done perfect

Yeah you got it. The gaming pc does all the hard work, and just streams the video to the pc connected to the TV. All the TV pc has to do is decode the video and send inputs (keyboard, game pad etc).
To stream a game you will need either the hdmi wireless kit, or a computer plugged into the tv that you can stream the game to (using Steam game streaming)
http://store.steampowered.com/streaming/

The computer doesnt have to be very powerful as its only as media decoder.

so pretty much with steam streaming i have to get another computer to stream to the tv , thats long tv pc connected , and have my gaming rig in the other room.

gaming pc streams to other pc (eg laptop) then laptop is plugged into tv and thats it
