Wireless installation sofware for Parkard Bell Easy Note

I have a Dell Easy Note R. I can not use my wirelles lan. This problem emerged after a technician worked on my laptop. Please help me find the soft ware an install

Now, come on -- the heading says Packard Bell and the text says Dell.

It's a Packard Bell according to Google.

First check that wireless is turned on -- there may be a physical switch on the case or it may need an Fn key combination. See the manual.
