Wireless internet connection. Is someone using my internet?

Hello! I moved into my first apartment and I've never set up the internet before. I got it to work but it has a "2" next to the name now:

I'm just wondering what the "2" means. Both Belkinff 0&1 mine from the same router. Is it someone else connected to my router besides my PC? I also have two laptops and two smartphones if that's it? And if it's something else is there a way to check who or what is using it?

The 2 just means it's the 2nd connection of that type set up on your router. Did you set up a guest network? Or do you have a dual band router with 2.4 and 5Ghz networks?

You can go into your router settings and check. It would also be a good idea to review the users manual.

If you think you're in over your head, get a techie friend to help you out.
