How I will able to configure through RJ45 cable & live view footage in laptop from an ip camera without router. No software given from camera manufacturer.

You might be able to do that, but it depends on your camera, and whether you have documentation for it. Having a router (at least initially, for configuring) will make the things easier.

It is going to depends greatly on the camera. Some cameras are designed to only connect to a special DVR type of device from the same manufacture. In these cases everything is done via this device the cameras can not run independently.

Most cameras that are designed to run on any network tend to have a web interface for access and setup. Unfortunately there is no way to know what IP they are using by default. You must have a user manual to find this information.
