Wireless keeps cutting out when I turn on my laptop

I recently got a new laptop (yesterday) which is windows 8, but whenever I turn it on and use the Internet (wireless) about 5 minutes after, the wireless will disconnect from the laptop and other devices such as phones, and my Apple TV box and tablets and won't let me reconnect them, so I then have to start up my Internet again. The wireless Internet works fine when I don't use my laptop, what could be the cause of this?

Sounds like there may be a conflict with the laptop and the router, have you checked to see if there is a new wireless driver for the laptop, Win8 has had lots of problems with wireless drivers
