Wireless keyboard and mouse

Computer was working fine. Shut down and trien powered on. With response to press esc keu for startup it doesn't recognize wireless mouse and keyboard now
Puzzled as to what to do. Any advice appreciated

Makes and models? OS? System specs?

Wireless keyboard: check/replace the batteries.

And the mouse batteries also.

May also be the transmitter/receiver. Check that it is fully and firmly connected.
