Question Wireless Keyboard, incorrect shortcuts?

I've had this little Logitech K400r wireless keyboard for a couple years, works great as a multimedia for the laptop.

However, yesterday it just started with this:

-Whenever the 1(!) Key is pressed, it returns to the Win 10 Lock Screen.
-Whenever the R key is pressed, it opens Windows Settings.

As far as I know there is no shortcut (fn, windows, or otherwise) where these keys would link to these actions.

Ive tried changing batteries, restarting, testing with other keyboards, testing with other computers.

You said you tested with other keyboards and computers, but you did not say what the results were. Does this keyboard do the same thing on any system or do different keyboards do this same thing on yours?
