wireless keyboard stuck at 'C' key

h, everyone i hv microsoft wireless keyboard1000+mouse 800 combo.for last month it started to stuck at character 'c' ,the 'c' key automatically gets typed if i press ny key, and stuck at 'c' like if i wanna type how r u,it will be get typed lyk that

hcycccc ruccc ucccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc

its nonstop typying.i tried to cleaning keaboard and even removed 'c' charchter key but in vain.i also tried unistalling kb driver and removed and changed dongle to different port. one thing to note that, when keyboard stucks mouse also stucks in scrolling mode i.e. if i m on web page it vl get scrolled back and forth but mouse prob is not much severe,i f i leave keyboard for an hour without batteries it gets ok and repeat itself .

this is my second microsoft wireless kb/mouse combo ,the same as prev hardware but the last was stuck at 's'

i m getting frustated as same prob was in my old kb also,it seems all microsoft wireless keybaord 1000 hv this prob.kindly suggest what to do,or i purchase a diffrent wireless equipment.

my system config are
intel i3 3220,16 gb ram ddr3 16800 120 gb ssd,,2 tb harddisk and nvidia gt 610 graphic card.i m running windows 10 enterprise.

Replace the keyboard and mouse, it's a hardware issue. Try new batteries. You had two keyboards that had issues with the keys, could be that you are dropping food or liquid in the keyboard causing issues in them.
