Wireless module problem

Hello people ! I have Lenovo laptop and i use it mainly for travel needs. I have problem with wi-fi module. I dont recive good signal from any router and my both download and upload speeds are really bad. I am thinking about getting a usb wireless adapter to solve a problem. What do you think ? Will it works ? Any other ideas ?

Yes, a wireless USB adapter is a great solution to get a good and more up to date wireless connection. TP-Link makes a number of good inexpensive adapters.

Yes it will definitely work. you can go ahead and use it. I am using Netgear WNA3100M Wi-Fi USB Mini Adapter for my asus pc. it is awesome.
