so i have a logitech g602 and a Razer Deathstalker essential 2014 pluged into one of my BenQ E2420HD monitors.

The problem is the mouse will turn off like no lights flipping the power saving and performance switch dosnt light up the indicator light and when this happens my keyboard turns off too, so no keystrokes and the num lock light turns off.
When this happens i get no USB disconnect sounds the computer dose not freeze i just loose input from mouse and keyboard.

let me know if any of yous know what could be doing this and if youd need more from me

Cheers Mewth

Yes ive tried a diffent usb port on the pc and it didnt help. i have not tried a diffent cable.

should also add as i just remembered the keyboard looses all its macro and funcion keys so it only acts like a basic ps2 keyboard and num, caps and scroll lock lights wont toggle after as well.

just finished a fresh install of win10 to see if that fix's the problem.

i just find it weird that my wireless mouse turns off as the batterys are new
