Hello,

The Microsoft wireless mobile mouse 1850 keeps going to sleep after a short time of not using it.

How can I disable this?

Settings so far:
In the Mouse Properties><Power Management, the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power is greyed out.
Allow this device to wake the computer > Enabled

Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard center does not have any mouse options.

Power plan is high performance >
USB settings>USB selective suspend setting : Disabled
Wireless Adapter Setting: Maximum Performance.
Allow wake timers: Enable
Sleep after: Never.

Thank you.

Solution
I believe the option for power saving is built into the mouse which is how it achieves the advertised 6 months battery life. If you want to prevent the mouse from sleeping, like all other wireless mice, you're going to have to keep it in a state of activity. FYI, wireless adapter settings are for your wireless internet connectivity adapter/WiFi.
