Wireless mouse without a USB receiver?

Hi!

Do wireless mice without the little USB receiver thingie exist? I mean like a mouse that would communicate with the bluetooth that's integrated into the laptop?

The thing is I have a tiny laptop which only has 1 USB port and don't want it to be used for the mouse receiver, that's why I'm asking if a wireless mouse which doesn't need the USB receiver exist.

Yep it does exist, it isn't better than the wireless with receiver though but YES it does exist.

Alternatively, I would consider buying a usb hub if you only have 1 port.

The razer orochi is one example of a bluetooth mouse (it could also go wired).
