Wireless mouse without energy saving

Is there any wireless mouse out the without that annoying smart energy saving technology? Even If I go for a cheap mouse around INR.300-350(USD.4-5) it still comes whit that annoying feature where the mouse turns of automatically after a few seconds of inactivity.

Can anyone please suggest me a mouse which does not have such features

Logitech does have wireless mice that you can adjust the energy saving features.

This one has the "lightspeed" connectivity. So there is no lag between moving the mouse and movement on the display. (if that is your concern.)

But all wireless mice are going to have a switch regulating the transceiver. Otherwise the transceiver would run constantly and run the battery down in a short amount of time.

And the transmitter would probably violate federal regulations .
