Hello, How do I get the Numeric lock to work again. I have tried everything without success. Please give me the right answer

I can't understand the problem
You should probably active the numerical by pressing the " Num Lock " button once to turn on the num lock LED on your keyboard .
If this isn't the problem , can you explain more?
