Hi,

I am having some trouble setting up my Wireless-N Wifi Repeater,

1: It doesn't accept my network password:

Probably because I have "-" in my password - any way to get around this without having to change the network password?

2: Somehow, the setup wizard seems to accept a password that is frequently used in my family (but it is not actually the network password)

I find this very confusing..

3: Using the password from (2), I dont get accepted "into the repeater" because it requires a WPA2 password

Help please!!

Solution
1. No - change your Wireless key if the hardware repeater has limitations
2. Setup program for the Repeater will likely except any password but this password is only to protect the settings made on the repeater against devices connected to the network. For example you allow me to connect to your wireless with my laptop so I now know the wireless password, but I don't know the password for the repeater so I can't turn off or alter the settings on the repeater, I can only use its services not change them.
3. Use the new password without the "-" across all wireless security settings.
