wireless network adapter not installing

Hi all, i've got a laptop here that doesnt seem to have any wireless adapter installed. Nothing shows in device manager apart from the ethernet driver. ive tried installing several drivers and even restored the laptop to an earlier point. Its a HP 620

have done so, but nothing changed.

i think your last resort is trying this software... driverpack utilities... it will automatically scan your system for missing drivers.
