Last thing I did before encountering that issue is uninstalled avast internet security.

I have also tried to plug in an Ethernet cable it still doesnt work.

Please help.

Test the Ethernet cable to make sure it works. You can test with another computer or with a network LAN cable tester.

If it's the Ethernet cable's fault, then replace it and test again. If the cable is fine but you are not getting Internet access, test the modem, router, or switch that it's connected to.

If everything works, then it can be that your network driver is dead, but that is assuming every other tests passed. In that case, you can try a PCI(e) replacement for Internet or a USB one.

The driver seems to be back but got a new problem now. It connects with limited access. After running a diagnosis I get an error saying ' "Local Area Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration.
After reading some help forum I have removed 'Bonjour' from my laptop, still not fixed.
I have also done the following:
1. Open a command prompt, clickStartand then clickRun.cmd

2.At the command prompt, copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

NoteIf you do not want to specify a directory path for the log file, use the following command:

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

3.Reboot the computer.

The issue still exist 🙁
