Wireless PCI-e card question

I'm getting a PCI card soon for wireless capability as I can't to do ethernet.

Where would be the ideal place to put it in? Seeing as I have a GPU installed. Above or below? There's a small slot directly above and slightly below the GPU.

Below would be good as long as there is some space between the GPU and the card.
