Wireless primary workstation pc monitor

I'm buying components to build a new workstation:

the one last thing i have to buy is a monitor. Can someone help me with some wireless portable options .. economical off-course.

Can i buy some tablet like monitor and connect to the tower directly as primary one (without any connected monitor at all)?
