It starts out seemingly irrelevant but it's a bit of background.

I recently got a new hard drive after my old one gave up on existence. I installed windows 10 from a disc, connected to my router via Ethernet Cable, and updated most of my drivers. When it came to the display drivers, I went to AMD's site and download them from there. Unfortunately, they caused my computer to freeze on boot-up. I decided to perform a system reset (not restore). This time my drivers were up to date, including my display drivers, according to device manager. I proceeded to connect to my extension network without issue for about 40 minutes. Then I was disconnected from the network and upon attempting to reconnect, it was unidentified with no internet access. I can connect to the router just fine. My laptop is the only device on the network with this problem.
