Wireless Router with Whitelisting

Hey guys, maybe you can help me. I need a Router with the capability to whitelist a few websites, but also allow access to both mobile (and windows) appstores, as well as setting a PC as an Admin to allow unrestricted access.

I've had a look around, but couldn't find anything. Networks aren't really my speciality, so that doesn't help.

Budget is a bit of a non-issue. That said, as cheap as possible is preferred.

draytek vigor 2830n is pretty good has a robust firewall so you can limit and white list. best way to find out if a router has all the necessary requirement would be to email a re seller or manufacturer and ask them they will find it easier to guide you.
