Wireless slows down internet dramatically

I have a gaming computer in my room using ethernet. My house also has 2 iPhones and 1 laptop for my sister. Using speedtest.net on my gaming computer I get 27Mbps download speeds. After the wireless is on for an hour or so the speeds on every device in the house will change to 2Mbps download and below. The second I turn the wireless off on the back of my router and I run speedtest.net on my gaming computer I get 27Mbps back. For anyone that plays CS:GO my ping will change from 30-50 to 500-800 until I turn the wireless off. I have called my internet provider and exchanged my router with no results. This is Thursday and I have my internet provider coming out to test things on Monday. I just want to make sure this isn't a problem I can fix before they get here because I can't deal with this problem anymore.

One iPhone is mine and I barely use it at home so it is just recieving a couple emails a day. The other iPhone is most likely on facebook all day because it is my moms. The laptop is my sisters and I know all she really does is watch YouTube. Her laptop is some sort of chromebook.

Admirable
Steaming video would certainly add latency to your network but it shouldn't drag it down that much. Does your router have some sort of QoS that favors things that require high availability, like streaming video or VOIP?

I'm an not sure to be honest. My router is a TP-Link N600 (Model# TL-WDR3500) if that means anything to you. My internet provider gave it to us so I really don't know much about it.

I put my sisters laptop on ethernet instead of wireless and now the speeds only drop to 20Mbps.. I confirmed with my mom that all she does on her phone is google and facebook (no videos). How does 1 phone do that? My sister loves to move around with her laptop as well so keeping her on ethernet wouldn't be an option.
