Wireless USB adapter not finding PS4 Controller.

Hey guys.

Since downloading Windows 10 my pc no longer notices my PS4 controller. I am using inputmapper and if I plug the controller into my PC with a wire it works fine but I really prefer using it wirelessly.

I put my PS4 Controller in sync mode and then press Add New Device on control panel but it does not find it at all. Nothing comes up.

When I plug my controller in with a wire it comes up as "Wireless Controller".

Has anybody else had this problem or does anyone know a solution?

reinstall inputmapper. Redo it the way it was working before.

Sorry I should have clarified. This is my very first time using Input Mapper. I was using SCP DS3 software before but that has stopped working since installing Windows 10. Wired connection works great with InputMapper just my usb adapter will not recognise the controller without the wire.
