Wireless USB Adapter?

Im currently using an asus n150 usb adapter to connect to my modem for around $20 but the connection is rubbish. What are some better usb wireless adapters that could be bought or instead should i look to putting an adapter inside my pc?

You are best off with an internal adapter. If your system has a PCI-E x1 slot available, this would be my pick.
