Question Wires (or wireless) connection between two buildings

Greetings everyone

I am trying to extend the wifi from one house to another (please see pic). I would normally run a cable from modem and setup the access point to extend the wifi, however due to the messy nature of potential cable run, I wanted to ask if there is a way to setup some sort of wifi bridge connection between and then extend the wifi?

The devices you are looking for are similar to ubiquiti nanostation m2. Normally these are put outside but at that tiny distance you likely could put them in a window.

You might also get by with using a single unit if the router signal is fairly strong.

As @bill001g said, you could start with putting a directional AP on the source side and testing the performance. If that isn't good, move the directional AP to the client side. Bring the remote WIFI into the client house on an ethernet cable and setup a switch or local WIFI source.
