[SOLVED] Wiring Cat5E Through Pre Existing Phone Lind

Solution
Is that truly an ethernet cable or just 4 pair telephone cable with one pair (Blue, Blue-White) being used for telephone?

What, if anything, is printed on the cable? There should be some specs provided along the length.

Ethernet cables have tighter twisting and specific standards that must adhere to any given ethernet cable standard. Most likely Cat 5e or Cat 6 for today's requirements.

Is the plan just a single run: i.e., from router to room? Or do you intend to install ethernet wall jacks in other locations?

If so you may need a patch panel or switch.

Identifying the cable is the first step. Telephone line/cable is not going to work.

Take some additional photographs if necessary. Both "ends".
