wiring guide needed

new builder and i was curious where exactley do i connect these wires coming from the towe, i see the usb and fan but there is led + and led - these are small 1 pin connectors but i dont see any single pins on this msi z97 gaming 5 then there is the power the reset and HDD LED they are 2 pin connectors and a 9 pin HD audio i do not see corresponding marks on the mobo the manual is not new user friendly at all besides 90% of the booklet is in other languages. Can anyone straightn this out for me send me a link or explain it im so frustrated at this point
