o yea and at the front_audio do i plug in the HD audio or the AC97? i can't seem to find another plug for the other one..wuts the difference between the 2?

The front panel (case) USB connector should have holes for 9-pins, and will connect to any of the USB headers located on the bottom of the board, labeled: F_USB1 or F_USB2 or F_USB3

This board diagram is on page 7 of your manual - you can find all the internal headers there.

Use the HD Audio connector from the front panel (case) - your on-board sound is HD (High Definition). AC97 is analog.
