Witch company can fix CPU chip ?

Someone presented a 1999 model Athlon and Sempron processors . When I arrived at my home , I saw they had cracked chips . CPUs have adress buses in their chips and I'm thinking about they won't work . Witch company can fix them ?

You don't get processors repaired when they are cracked. You replace them. No place will do this for you.

Hey ! I learned Intel can fix CPUs at their facilities . But for AMD CPUs ..... that's quite sad . I won't find anyone to fixing !

intel is not likely to repair a cracked chip out of warranty.
