6600 because its a newer generation and is technically faster.

It also uses DDR4 which is a must for any gaming PC.

The fastest non-k CPU is probably the i7-6700, seeing as anything higher is a k. It's not a huge difference compared to the 6600. Hyperthreading is very useful in tasks like rendering, but it won't give much of an advantage while gaming.
