right now i have a i7 7700k and 4x4gb 2400hz. i would like to go to 32gb ram and 3200hz. My problem is i have a msi b250pc mate that caps at 2400hz. I dont mind getting a new motherboard but is there any motherboard that can take my i7 and if i wanna upgrade to a i9 later it can also take that to.

No. Any board that supports your i7 is not going to support an i9. Your 7th gen 7700k is the best cpu any 100 or 200 series board is going to support. 300 series(8 and 9th gen) and 400 series(10th gen) boards are not going to support your cpu.

Okay so my only option is to get another motherboard that can take higher ram speeds and still support my i7

Yes, and imho the small performance boost from 2400 to 3200 isn't going to be worth the price of the board(which you'll likely have to find used).
ooo okay i got you thank you very much also is there any processor you would recommend me to upgrade to if i wanted like a big boost?

Depends on what you are doing with the system. If what you are doing isn't using alot of threads then you are not going to see much difference with a newer CPU as the single threaded speeds haven't really increased much with the newer CPUS, what they have improved on is more cores and threads.
