Witch SDD better?

HELLO, I have SATA2 mothearboard and want buy SSD, What speed i get witch these SDD and witch best for me.

I do not know for sure but I think the diffrence is minimal! Both are great SSD´s and I think the SATA2 will be the limiting factor here so dont worry about it and just go for the one you prefer, wheter its for looks or price!

Both are good SSD's but will definitely be faster than the SATA2 ports that you have. At this point even most of the super cheap budget ones could still run at SATA 2 speeds.

Either. Probably zero performance difference between the two.
