okay thank you one last question when i clone my hdd to my ssd it will delete everything on my ssd right? so can i just drag my folders from my ssd to my hdd then clone it?

Cloning doesn't delete anything - it makes exact copy.

About folder dragging - this depends on actual folders. Not everything can be dragged nor should be dragged. You can move user files - docs, pictures, videos, music. Software folders usually can not be moved so easily. You'd have to uninstall software from one drive and reinstall it on another.

ooo okay i see so cloning will just copy whats on my hdd to my ssd then after that when i get it to boot on my ssd i can just delete stuff from ym hdd or ssd

I have used multiple imaging/cloning software suites - Norton Ghost, Acronis Disk Director, Macrium Reflect Free, Minitool Partition Wizard free.
Older software versions don't support cloning GPT disks. But other than that I haven't encountered any issues.
Cloning is several magnitudes faster than reinstalling. That's main reason to use it.

System Reserved Partition on Disk 0 is not active. Right-click on it and choose "Mark partition as active".
Then run from elevated command prompt:
  • bcdboot e:\windows /s A:
Shutdown your pc,
disconnect hdd,
change boot sequence in bios, so SSD is first boot device,
boot into windows.

okay i did that but when i enter the bcdboot e:\windows /s A: in command promt it says "failure when attempting to copy boot files

Elevated command prompt is not the same as regular command prompt.
Right-click on start button and choose "Command Prompt(Admin)".
