witch video card is better

Hellow everyone I have a bouget of $200.00 and would like to know witch video card is best for the price. By the way this will be a upgrade from onboard video. The EVGA 750 SC 2gb is $170.00 and the EVGA 750 TI 2gb is $179,the 750 TI is not SC just nomall TI. So would the 750 SC be abetter buy or should I just buy the 750 TI witch is newer. Hope to heare from someone soon.

R9 280 3GB is about $200 us. 750 TI should be $129 US.
