Bought this game like 2 weeks ago, recently installed the Enhanced Edition, and started a new game. After a few minutes it freezes/crashes and makes a weird noise for like 2 seconds that goes DDDRRRRRRRRNNN and then the BSOD appears.

A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer.
Technical information:
***STOP: 0x0000007E (and a ***-load of numbers and letters after that).

Collecting data for crash dump... bla..bla..bla

When I first got the Witcher 2 I didn't had any problems with it, as far as I know I never even got a BSOD on this PC. Ever. If you want to know my PC specs go visit my profile.

Yeah. I've overclocked my processor and video-card, I'll put the video-card settings to the original and I'll go to my BIOS and set everything to normal. After that's done I'll go watch soccer.

save your current OC profile to bios so you can go back to it?

I'm suggesting this as my OC (ivy bridge) was solid in many things, including prime, but would error with certain games, but not others, might be that witcher 2 is picky.
