witcher 3 60 fps possible ? using gtx 960?

hi my specs of my rig is
i5 3570
8gb ram
with a 1080p monitor

currently need a mid tier vc that can reach 60 fps high to ultra setting witcher 3 or any new game today

if reaching 60 fps is possible using gtx 960 which brand is better for oc ?

well its obvious if the settings is all ultra thats why i indicate HIGH - ULTRA or even some medium settings combinations

btw are you indicating the min-max or average-max FPS ??

im having trouble with my internet right now and cant watch a stable video but this guy able to reach 60 fps

In small location you hit often 60FPS.

no worth scaling problems, always Single GPU is better.

I finish Wither 3 with average 30FPS and almost not fell low FPS ;P

well i asking fps because of the stutter thing but what do you think is best mid tier gpu for this game with no stutter whatsoever for smooth gaming ?

i have a gtx 960, with hairworks off and most settings on high (put shadows on medium, there is no difference and grass density on medium) i get 55 to 60 fps
