witcher 3 crash when I load a save?

Whenever I load a save from the witcher 3 or even start a new game it just automatically crashes, all my drivers are up to date and I have no idea whats wrong. My specs are GTX 960 2gb amd fx 670K OC'd to 4.3 GHz. Before you guys say "It's your CPU that's making it crash" - No. I am able to run the game fine at 50-60 fps on high.

which version of the witcher 3 are you playing also drivers and anything else that you can give us and before that happened what did change if there is something you remeber

I'm playing on 1.8.3 I believe, the only thing i did was first update to 1.11 notice that my framerate is very terrible with the update and then went back to 1.8.3 and then the game wouldn't launch. So I had to completely reinstall it and re-patch it, and now whenever I try to load a save or make a new game it crashes - no error messages or anything.

anyways do you own the expansion or have any other updates to see if they might solve it i am on my 2run on the game which is the second most harder difficulty i had crashes only when i played for long times sometimes on short times but was solved with video drivers updates and srry for the late response
