Question Witcher 3 Next-Gen v4.04 problem ?

Hello.
I just updated Witcher 3 Next-Gen from v4.02 to v4.04 and i notice that i don't have frame generation and DLSS with this latest version. With version 4.02 i had frame generation.
Will somebody explain to me why is that ?

This is another reason to buy from GoG, you can step down to 4.02. I don't care much for DLSS, but I had problems with newer versions not working on my PC for some reason. Go back to 4.02 and do not update.

That is what i did,but i wanna 4.04 because it run more FPS than 4.02.

with a modern system, you don't need the extra 10FPS.

I don't know what is "BS".
And i am whiti5 10400f and RTX 4070TI.
And i need that extra 10 fps.
And i know that 10400f bottlenec the gpu,but for now that is what i got.
