Witcher 3 what is the highest settings for my build?

Hey guys. I am just new to pc gaming and right now I am now downloading witcher 3. I am so excited to play this game. I don't know what settings i should play this game with decent fps.
here are my specs:
i5 6600k
16gb ram
sapphire nitro r9 380 4gb

I usually game in 1080p.

Your hardware can handle high settings for sure, may be even some ultra settings.
Only thing to turn off is hairworks option.
