I want to buy a GTX 750 Ti and found a really good deal. It says it doesn't need a PCI-E Power Cord and I want to ask if I should look for one that does use a Power Cord. My PSU has 520W and I have an AMD CPU that uses 125W.

The only reason to get one with a 6-pin power connector is if you plan on doing some serious overclocking on it. For the normal ones without it, you can still overclock but you will be able to get better clock speeds with the 6-pin since it will be pumping more juice into the GPu than the PCIe slot can provide. I believe the slot is limited to 75w and a single 6-pin power connector provides an additional 75w. A stock 750ti uses around 60w so even a mildly overclocked one will still be good with only 75w. You probably won't be able to get the clocks past 15-20% on air anyway to have to worry about going over 75w. If you get to the point where you are spending money on liquid cooling on a 750ti to overclock it that much, you might as well...
